Hi We booked a number of tours and taxi pickups through you. All of you taxis arrived on time , all of your drivers were courteous and helpful . We visited the Salt Mines and talking to other tourists we were fortunate to have Sebastian as the guide .

First class service! Would gladding use again and have no problem recommending. Drive was helpful and friendly. Return for the airport and salt mine trip faultless.

(the 2 transfers to from the airport and the trip to Auschwitz Schindler\'s factory). The drivers were very professional and kind without interfering at all with the client\'s privacy. I have got to put in writing just how amazing your company made our visit to Krakow (17-20th April 2015). I have never felt so well looked after, the drivers for each of our transfers/tours were punctual and really good drivers too. I need to make special mention of Little John and Chris. They in turn (John)took us to Auschwitz- Birkenau and the Salt Mines and Chris to Schindlers factory. Chris struggled to get us to Schindlers because of the Marathon that meant many of the bridges and streets in Krakow were closed on the Sunday morning but we still managed to get there. I really cannot praise Krakow Direct enough. As a disabled person they were always there ready to get me and my wheelchair into and out of the very disabled friendly vehicle. I really cannot thank everyone enough for the perfect organisation and friendliness of the drivers who could all be tour guides themselves, their knowledge of Krakow being so great and their English absolutely perfect. I have made sure that TripAdvisor has good feedback too.

Thank you to all your drivers who took us to and from the airport to hotel Santi on 29th March and 1st April. They were very polite. Especially thanks to Chris who took us to Auschwitz and the salt mines on Tuesday. He was very informative, helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble.

Hello Peter, I would just like to take this time to thank you and your company for making mine and my partners trip to Krakow absolutely fabulous. We booked not only the salt mine and Auschwitz tours but our airport transfers to and back. I would like to congratulate you on such an amazing company, We arrived the Friday and Lucas ( tall blonde man) was our driver what a pleasant and friendly gentleman. He was very helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations. On Saturday we had Peter drive us for the day and what a pleasure it was meeting him. He was so filled with joy and an abundant of information no questions went unanswered he went over and beyond to make us happy and pleased. For that we are so grateful. He was an excellent driver and an absolute pleasure of a man. He was the highlight of our trip and gave us amazing recommendations of what to eat and booked us a lovely table at a restaurant for typical polish cuisine. Cherry vodka is an appetizing drink after a long day and I thank him for his wonderful gift. Out Driver back to the airport Marcus (sorry if I have named the men wrong) was so nice and polite he gave us more information about other tours your company do and we will sure to be coming back and using your company again. I would recommend your company to anyone who asks. Your a 5 star company and have made our holiday an absolute pleasure so I thank you and all the guys who made this possible. Good evening, we travelled to Krakow on Wednesday 25th March and used your company for airport transfers plus several tours which I pre booked prior to our visit. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for an efficient friendly service especially to our designated driver John. We had the pleasure to have Peter as a driver. We have had a lot of fun on our taxi ride from airport Cracow to Oswiecim . His knowledge about Auschwitz and Poland was impressive. We were so pleased with Peter that we wanted him to return as a driver. An excellent company and also a fantastic driver. Next time we come back we want Peter as a driver.
