Just wanted to thank you and the team for your very efficient services whilst we were in Krakow. The pick up from the airport was very well organised. the driver who took us to auschwitz was very knowledgeable. The salt mine tour pick up and transfers went without a hitch and on our final day the taxi to the airport was also on time and very well organised.

Hi, I would like to thank you for our trips. It was our first time we had visited Poland, our first trip was to Auschwitz and the salt mine, ,the driver called Jacob was amazing he was on time ,very helpful,full of information,made both trips a wonderful experience that we will never forget,the next day we had another driver called Jacob who took us on the John Paul ll route, who was really good to very kind and also made this another wonderful experience. I have recommend your company to lots of people and when i come back to Poland I will use your company again.

Also I wish to put down in writing about Lucas who drove 2 ladies to Rybnik, they had the amazing time, meeting her long lost relatives of her deceased husband. Dear Krakow Direct. Thank you so much for your excellent service whilst we were in Krakow. Both airport journeys were very good and the Auschwits tour was perfect but very sad. A special thanks to Jaro who was SO helpful to us and especially kind to me who could not visit Birkenau because it was not suitable for the wheelchair. He personally told me all the history and took me round the perimeter fence in the vehicle and to the station. He was very kind and spent time with me which he did not need to but volunteered. Thanks once again, will put a report on Trip Advisor of your company.

I have just returned from a trip to Kracow as part of a group of 8. Our driver (Lucas) was excellent and treated us with courtesy and professionalism at all times. Our various stops to get money from Exchanges etc was never a problem. We visited Auswitch/Berkanau, the Salt Mine and Schindlers Museum. Everything about our visit to Kracow was perfect, all the more so because of KrakowDirect. I am already recommending this company to friends who are visiting Kracow later in the year.

Perfect all round, i felt the drivers (sorry i cant remember their names), were excellent, picked us up from airport, sorted the childrens car seats out, direct to our hotel, day trip to auschwitz, amazingly priced considering the distance, the driver (who waited for us all the time), and also to provide us with a private guide service. this company deserves 5 stars all round! We would like to say thank you to Peter for organising our trips with Krakow Direct, they were excellent, especially our trip of the Podgorze area on the Tuesday. Our driver Tom was so pleasant on our journey from the airport to the hotel, but special thanks go to Martin who drove us around Podgorze on the Tuesday, he was so knowledgeable and took us to places we would never have found ourselves, even down to where to have lunch. He drove us on the Wednesday to Aushwitz for what was an atrocious day for driving. He was a very safe driver. He also took us to the airport on the Friday. Please give him our thanks, he is a real credit to your company.

Dear KrakowDirect, I just wanted to thank you for the superb service you provided us in transporting us to and from Zakopane. Both drivers were exceptionally polite, smart and punctual and spoke excellent English (the latter a bonus but not a requirement for us when visiting a foreign country). The cars were very comfortable. It is without doubt the most professional transfer service I have used anywhere in the world.
